Lynn Kim is an architect and artist whose career spans premium commercial and hospitality space design across Asia. She creates bespoke ink sketch series drawn from a property's own architecture, neighborhood, or city — original works that give suites, lobbies, and residences a sense of place no stock art can.

Commission scope typically includes:

• Original ink drawings of your property, streetscape, or city landmarks
• Cohesive multi-piece series for guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces
• Limited-edition print runs exclusive to your property
• Archival printing, framing coordination, and worldwide delivery

Private collectors are equally welcome — a home, a favorite city, a place that matters.

Commissions from USD $1,500, quoted individually by scope. The amount listed here is a consultation deposit that reserves a place in the commission calendar; a full proposal follows.
